Work Force Management – Routing and Aligning

I designed a web platform that is used to manage all the work force in the organization.

Problem Statement

An insurance provider organization faces issue when they have to map or assign doctors to the patients or the insurance end user. So to avoid the mistakes and make it more flexible this platform got designed where I had to research on the personas that works inside the organization. Product was primarily designed for the internal user personas only.
